This is a very cute alphabet/animal quilt if I may say so! It can also be used as a wall hanging.
The panel is simply quilted with squares and rectangles around each letter. Each animal is done with a geometric design.
The dotted and swirled fabric used on the top, bottom, border and entire back has delightfully imperfect dabs/dots surrounded by swirls in a variety of colors. Some include pink, navy, light blue/gray, tan, reddish/orange and yellow.
On the top and bottom panels I've free motion sewn swirls inside of many of the "dabs" for more depth and movement.
The animals are: alligator, bear, cat, deer, elephant, fox, gorilla, horse, iguana, jellyfish, kangaroo, ladybug, monkey, narwhal, octopus, panda, quail, raccoon, squirrel, tiger, unicorn, vulture, wolf, x-ray fish, yak and zebra.
I'm so happy a narwhal is in this along with a few others that aren't usually seen!
All premium cotton fabrics along with bamboo and cotton blend batting.
