Child's Winter Wall Hanging or Quilt
7 vignettes of snowmen, a bunny, and a cardinal having fun in the snow make for a sweet wall hanging or quilt. Each picture is a pocket to be used for 7 treats, toys, presents, socks, or anything! The pictures are on what looks like a tea stained linen fabric. They've been colored on with crayons and/or colored pencils very minimally to maintain a soft look.
Each pocket is approximately 6" x 6". The background and the backing use a mottled gold, cream and silver fabric that I can't get enough of--I love both silver and gold! There are small areas around the pockets and on the edge of the hanging that have lines, stars, and shiny gold fabric to maintain the theme and add interest.
Wash in cold gentle, dry on low or hang. The color has been set so no worries about running colors. If you are a worrier, feel free to toss in a Color Catcher sheet. Bamboo batting. I can provide or attach 3 fabric holders if you want to slide this on a pole to hang on a wall. Just let me know!
